The first time you wear them, wear them in a luke warm bath for about 20 minutes. Drip dry them, wear them and repeat the process until they fit you perfectly! Wash seperately in a cool to warm wash until they stop leaching colour, never hot wash them!

If your waist is 27 - 38" purchase a size 1" larger to allow for shrinkage!
If your waist is 38 - 48" allow 2" extra
Leg in seam 27 - 34" increase by 3"
Leg in seam 36" up increase by 4"
